"I would never order anything from this company. I ordered a phone and they shipped me the wrong item. When I returned the item, they charged me a restocking fee. I called to complain and they removed the restocking fee but refused to reimburse for the return shipping charges which were almost $10. I understand that policy if I made the mistake or didn't like the item but when the company makes the mistake, they should cover expenses to return it. Beware!!!!"
"Don't buy here. I bought an obviously defective Fanstel phone.It had 2 #8 keys and no #9 On top of that the speaker phone was not working. While 101 phones offers a refund, they put the return shipping on me. That is not fair at all for a defective product. I will never buy from this company again. This is the first review I've ever written because I feel that this is fundamentally wrong. I stand behind what I do and so should they. As far as the phone, their company also charges return shipping. So I won't deal with either of them ever again"

"By far the worst online purchase I've ever had. extremely unhelpful customer service representatives (Kevin , Mark) and one of the worst supervisors (Beth). They did not value my time and their promises to follow up the problem and keeping me updated. I spent nearly 2 hours on hold with out any useful outcome. Even after 21 days, I don't have a comprehensive e-mail, explaining the order details, what will I receive and how, steps I need to take, instructions and necessary links. I have a bunch of e-mails, each containing a part of my order and yet incomplete altogether. I placed my order April 2nd, you charged my credit card the day after, but when it comes to your end of the deal, I had to wait 3 weeks, call you a dozen times with no useful outcome, and at the end get merely enough information I need. I will never ever purchase from 101phones.com again, and will tell about your extremely low grade purchase handling and customer service to any one who wants to do so. If it wasn't an even more waste of my time, I would have sued you for sure."
