Defective cartridges.
"I have received THREE replacements for an HP 96 black ink cartridge I purchased from 123Inkjets. These cartridges did not work in my printer. This is very frustrating."

Fraudulent scam
"Fraudulent scam artists. Avoid at all costs. Sent me only half an order. Promised to issue refund for Full amount and nothing ever happened. “ We will be refunding $141.98 back to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days ”. Never happened. Company response below is total garbage. I was promised a total refund and these people have just ignored me and lied."

Pretty good but inconsistent
"Some of the cartridges I received were not LD brand, but they fit my printer and seem to be working, so I'm not going to make a big deal over it. But I ordered 5 LD cartridges and I expected to receive 5 LD products, not 3 LD products and 2 of some other brand I've never heard of or used before which should probably cost less."

"I have used Ink for quite sometime and have always been satisfied Recently I ordered a full set of color plus black I am very disapointed the yellow carteredge is made different It fits in my printer but it will not work I called customer service explained the problem they immediatly sent me another yellow but its the same It will not work I went to Office Max to buy yellow ink I will continue to use Ink but I cant use yellow until the company changes the way the carteridge is made Thank you Dorothy"

"It works like it suppose to and got it faster then expected cause they said it was back order at first. I am happy and would tell a friend try this company I got my stuff in less then a week even after they said it was back order"

Have recieved nothing...
"I thought this would be a good idea and alternative to Office Max or Office Depot but it is proving not to be
i havent recieved the product. I know there may be some delays but i got a a notice first saying it was all good to go and then another a few days later indicating a delay with no expected delivery date.. very disappointed. First time so I hope they work when they get here or i will be back with another review"

Don’t waste your time
"Ordered ink cartridges for my printer for them since they had a good price. Definitely regretted it. Half the ink cartridges were only half full and completely empty after a few print test pages. They sent me replacements and I had the same issue. Had to call numerous times to check on my refund. Subpar service at best. Won’t recommend or ever order from them again."

I still have never received them
"I have yet to receive them and it has been weeks. I have no idea where if and when they will come even those I have paid for them. I got one email weeks ago that they are delayed and then nothing."
