WARNING!!!!
"WARNING
Bought two pairs of shoes from An Imperfect Dealer. Both pairs arrived - one pair was too wide so I returned them. I followed all instructions regarding their “return policy”. I actually went above their suggestions and paid extra for a signature confirmation of delivery (USPS). I have emailed, messaged and even contacted them via their website numerous times with absolutely no reply. I called the toll free number (1 ***-***-****) - it’s not even in service!! Don’t do business with these scam artists unless you want them to steal your money. Stay very far away!!"

I was shocked to discover this is a good reseller
"Only nine reviews, all very positive? Odd, name never heard of before? Sounds fake, but this was the only site that had the shoes I wanted (New Balance Afresh, gray, 10 4E). I was prepared for the worst and having to use a CC chargeback to get my money back
I was astonished to find good communication. Seller called me when the purchasing page would not allow different billing and shipping addresses and I was forced to use incorrect billing address to ship to a second home. He was friendly and easy to deal with. Even more surprising, the correct item, in the right size, and appearing factory new arrived quickly, fit just like my last 20+ pairs of NB 10 4E shoes. Not a Chinese (= criminals) knock off.

Astonishing good service.
"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Astonishing good service. Visa payment online malfunctioned a bit, so I fixed my address. After some tries, it cleared. I send a memo to customer service, just to be nice.
Larry emailed me to say that he cancelled 2 duplicate orders that went thru, that I didn't know about. Glad I didn't get charged for 3 shoes.
I replied with concerns about style & size.
Larry the Manager (or was that Barry?) PHONED MY NUMBER DIRECTLY and asked me some questions about my fit. Larry made an excellent suggestion to a different model New Balance shoe, and 1/2 size larger. I agreed, so he modified my order and shipped. These shoes fit PERFECTLY. Where can you get that kind of top quality service these days?"

"I have purchased from Aperfectdealer.com many times in the past and they are first class all the way. I wouldn't purchase my shoes anywhere else. I sent them an email last week with a question and 20 minutes later the owner called me and answered my questions. It doesn't get any better than that.

"I ordered my first ever pair (well, two pairs, one for work, and the other for the gym) of New Balance shoes from A Perfect Dealer.com on the 13th of June (2007), I received them 2 days later all the way from New Jersey to California! I was very impressed with the speed of their communication when I brought up a s&h question and their customer service is excellent. "This is my second order of New Balance shoes from this company. My first order was placed on a Sunday I got an e-mail within an hour telling me they received my order. The next day my order was shipped out with free shipping and received by me within three days. These people are great to do business with, they will even accept return of shoes that have been worn if you are not satisified with them, they aim to please. I am quite satisified with my purchases and will not hesitate to order from them again."
