"They charged my creadit card over $3500.00 for product that was never ordered, picked up or received. As of 11/17/2011 it has been 51 days since the credit card was charged. They are unwilling to refund, looks like this one is going to court."
"I have been picking up parts and custom built computers here for 10+ years. ACNT has NEVER done me wrong. Sure there has been the occasional bad part here and there, and when I bring the Part Back/PC they have always been compassionate and handled the issue very quickly. I love coming to ACNT. "but the money has been paid. I called them after 10 days, and asked where my HDD was. They told me that they accidentally forgot to send it. I had to call them 3 times, as each time that the woman promised to call me back, she never did. I then asked if they were going to process the order. She said yes. I said, "I'd like it expedited as the customer is pretty upset for having to wait for her part". She said that they can't do that, I'll have to wait regular mail for it. They are in CA, I am in Florida. They won't do anything to make up for their mistake. They don't care about their customers if you're a small company. Beware of this company due to their apathy. If we make an error in our company, that effects a company, we absorb the cost. This company couldn't care less! They also promised to get the part out today (it's Friday), and to send a tracking number. Still no tracking number and still no call about the part being shipped. I don't know if it's shipped or not. "
"I've purchased six or seven computers from this company, but never again. The first time they forgot to send me windows and since then they've constantly screwed up my shipping. They have the worst organizational skills and customer service! Yes, the pricing is good, but it's not worth the expenses you'll incur from their screw ups. Especially if you're doing work for a client. They take no responsibility for their actions and they really don't care. "
"Product was ordered 12/22/09. Item was placed on Hold for NINE DAYS to verify address. They never bothered once to call or email. I called this company 12/31/08 expecting at least adequate customer service. I was hung up on the first time. Then transfered to someone who could barely speak English. His only goal was to get me off the phone. I ended up canceling my order. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company. It isn't worth saving a few dollars for this extra hassle."
"This is a small company, but I purchased a computer from them a year ago. Overall very good experience, nothing wrong with a small establishment that tries to please. :-) I feel bad that most reviewers on here mainly come here to complain. They're a small operation I can see if something went wrong how bad it would go, but everything for me went great. "
"Ordered this from them while the item said "In-Stock" waited on hold with four people who spoke very very poor english after telling them each my order number for about fourty-five minutes, to be told the item wasn't instock and may never be. Very bad business will NEVER deal with again. Two thumbs way down I don't see how places like this are still in business with people like Neweggsell the advertised product and ship the same day.."
"After an IDE cable I purchased from them ripped in half (not their fault), I spent more than a week dealing with their RMA department. Their customer service people speak poor English, and their tech support / RMA emails are one sentence emails written in all caps with no explanation or correct grammar. They don't return phone calls and I frequently get put through to voice mails while calling during normal business hours. Extremely unprofessional."

"I bought my first AMD K6-2 these people and I took it home. It did not start, I quickly returned it and the guy said I ruined the processor myself and he would not fix or exchange it for me. In the end the manager was yelling at me and told me to get out of his store. I called their supposed district office and got the same treatment and run around. Before I bought the system they were very nice and promised all kinds of warrantys; after I gave them my hard earned money the story changed and quickly. I don't know how these people stay in business treating their customers dishonestly. I'm glad this website is here because I can finally say my piece about this situation. Please steer clear of these people! The location I am talking about is the Ontario, California location. I actually went back 2 days ago just out of curiousity and the same manager and tech are still runiing the place. Please BEWARE!!! my transaction was in 2000 or 1999 since then I have become an A+ Certified technician and know the industry very well."
"I ordered two Viewsonic LCD VG800 monitors from ACNT 12/18/98 for $549 ea. inc S+H (Invoice # 1020785). On receipt one was unacceptably faulty straight out of the box. I called and got an RMA R27074 from Mr John Friesen Ext 104 & was told I would get a refund for the full amount and sent it back at my cost. At the same time I ordered two Philips LCD 180P2 monitors and was quoted $589 ea. inc S+H. When the Philips LCDs arrived they had charged $599 ea instead of the quoted $589. Then I received a check for the faulty Viewsonic for $466.65 e.g. they had deducted a 15% restocking charge for taking back a dud LCD! Then the merry-go-round fun started. I phoned & spoke to a woman who said she'd put me through to the person who handles such matters. Turned out to be John Friesen who said I'd have to speak to his supervisor who turned out to be the woman I was talking to previously. And that's how it went every time I tried to resolve it. So, I voided the check they had sent me, photocopied it and sent it back to them with a letter saying pay or else. The "or else" didn't get a response so I disputed it with my credit card company sending them copies of everything including the voided check. Last week (March 21) I got confirmation that the full amount had been credited to my card. I am advising my credit card company to put ACNT on their merchant watch list and complaining to their local BBB. These people are creeps. Makes you wonder how many people they screw who just give up in frustration? Bottom line: If you value your sanity and money do NOT do business with ACNT. Go to Newegg, TechDepot or your local shop. You may pay a few bucks more but believe me, you'll save on emotion, time and money in the long run. Incidentally, the Philips LCDs are superior in the materials used in the manufacture and image sharpness and clarity than the Viewsonics.UserismeP.S. www.acnt.com also ships under the name "Classic Computers" and the acnt stands for "Advanced Computer Networking Technology." Don't have ANYTHING to do with any of them."
"They are DISHONEST and Practice UNLAWFUL BUSINESS!I bought a system from them, took it home and it was broken. Returned it and they said they fixed, but actually "Jerry Rigged" it to work temp. They Finally agreed it was broken, and promised refund. NO REFUND YET, and they dont return calls."

"On August 1st, I ordered an Adaptec 4300 FireConnect PCI card for my system. As of last Saturday, I still hadn't heard from them or gotten by card. So, I called them and was shuffled around (this was after about a week of TRYING to call them but it was ALWAYS busy). They said they'd call me back, but never did. So, I called them back yesterday and they said the same thing, but never called me back. So, I called today and the woman was very stupid. She said they didn't have my order even though I had the FRIKKIN ORDER NUMBER. So, I told them to cancel my order and that I would tell everyone I know (which is a lot of people - including all of you) not to order anything from them."
