Great system and GREAT Technical Support/customer support
"My purchase included control panel, alarm box and many sensors for all windows, doors and pull down attic stairs. In Florida we often have metal window frames making the installation a bit more challenging. But a solution was formulated and my system is up and running. I sleep much better at night knowing the system will sound if bad stuff starts to happen. So I thank Hayden very much for his attention to my needs. I highly recommend AlarmSystem Store.com and would will purchase more add-on components to this highly flexible system."

"I purchased Ademco (Honeywell) P20 alarm system with zone expander and internet module for online control of the system. The products arrived on time in excellent condition. Prices were very competitive with any other vendors. The customer support was excellent. I emailed numerous questions regarding the first time installation of the same in a new construction and I was provided clear and coherent answers within 24 h each time. I have used the same system in my primary residence for 30 years without a single malfunction."

"I cannot say enough about how great it's been to work with Hayden. I had to purchase a whole new DSC system to replace an existing system. Hayden has been super supportive and has guided by through the entire process; from which system to go with, to figuring out the wiring for existing system (no easy task!) to trouble shooting problems along the way. He was patient & more than willing to answer all my questions & concerns. The first main board I received wound up being bad, but their Customer Service was super quick in sending a replacement board. Also, their YouTube videos are simple to follow and SUPER helpful!! Thanks to Jason, Hayden and the entire team!!"

You have confused our shipping delay time as a delivery estimate. The item you ordered was not in stock at the time and was noted on the product as "Ships in 1 to 2 business days" meaning the product would have left our warehouse enroute to you within 1 to 2 business days after it was ordered. We actually never advertise a delivery time because that is a factor that varies greatly based on the carrier chosen and where you are located in proximity to our warehouse.
Your order was placed on December 23rd at 6:50 PM EST, well after we were closed for the day/weekend immediately delaying your order until we reopened, which was Tuesday the 27th (Monday the 26th was a federally observed holiday). Your order was shipped out on Thursday the 29th, exactly 2 business days later as we estimated on the product. According to the tracking number it was delivered today.
In light of this clarification, would you please update your review?

Great Help
"I am very satisfied with the service I was given to add and connect my Camera’s. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and spoke perfect English I could understand. You should hire more help like this. Earlier in the day I tried to get this done with a female whose English was very poor, she was not helpful and seemed to not understand exactly what she was doing. I was very displeased with that experience and her lack of help. I started to look on line for a different camera set up after talking with her. But I decided to try it one more time and hit a home run the second time. The second time I started with another female whose English was excellent and she also had great patience and helped me very professionally. She then transferred me to the male I talked with who finished me up with great skill. So these two did an outstanding job for you!"
