Hi Ron, You have confused our shipping delay time as a delivery estimate. The item you ordered was not in stock at the time and was noted on the product as "Ships in 1 to 2 business days" meaning the product would have left our warehouse enroute to you within 1 to 2 business days after it was ordered. We actually never advertise a delivery time because that is a factor that varies greatly based on the carrier chosen and where you are located in proximity to our warehouse. Your order was placed on December 23rd at 6:50 PM EST, well after we were closed for the day/weekend immediately delaying your order until we reopened, which was Tuesday the 27th (Monday the 26th was a federally observed holiday). Your order was shipped out on Thursday the 29th, exactly 2 business days later as we estimated on the product. According to the tracking number it was delivered today. In light of this clarification, would you please update your review?

"I am very satisfied with the service I was given to add and connect my Camera’s. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and spoke perfect English I could understand. You should hire more help like this. Earlier in the day I tried to get this done with a female whose English was very poor, she was not helpful and seemed to not understand exactly what she was doing. I was very displeased with that experience and her lack of help. I started to look on line for a different camera set up after talking with her. But I decided to try it one more time and hit a home run the second time. The second time I started with another female whose English was excellent and she also had great patience and helped me very professionally.
