"Exceptional service. My sole grief is the additional layer of verification given that my Credit Card given that it is not an international credit card; a first for me who has been using credit cards several decades. I would have felt better if this information was sought earlier.

"I needed a printable receipt to attach to my company credit card summary and was told they couldn't provide one. I was told to print the order acknowledgement email which was not even close to sufficient because the printed email didn't have all the information that the order included.
I can't order from a source that can't provide basic documentation."

We've been selling online since 2001 and I've never been made aware of an issue with our order receipts. We sell to all sectors, including local and federal government and have never been told the receipts are insufficient.

Posted Sep-19-2022We did. You ordered Thurs. night at 10:32 pm. We packed and shipped it by noon the next day. You left this 1 star review 2 days later on Sunday. Your package was delivered the next day, Monday at 12:30 pm.
We sent you a total of 3 emails to keep you up to date on the order status. An order confirmation at 10:33PM Thur night, and shipping confirmation Friday at 12:30pm and and out for delivery email was sent Monday morning. Your 1 star review is very unfair since you had the order in just one actual business day from when you ordered. What could we have done differently?

DIY Alarm Super Store
"Top tier from start to finish. I am a retired IT guy, but I've never done anything with my alarm system except replace sensors. When the old system died, I couldn't get anyone to deal with it without enrolling me in monitoring, which I never wanted. Thanks to the AlarmSystemStore website I was able to completely restore the old local only system with new brains. Payment was by PayPal for comfort. Order was shipped promptly, no surprises. Contacted them twice for bits of additional information, both times the responses were prompt and excellent. It just doesn't get any better for an internet merchant."
