"the delivery was scheduled for last wed, the 12.it showed it left reno on the 10th,it never arrived. we were never notifie d by the shipper where it was or what happened. it finally was delivered today,the 19th. the driver was not happy. the lift gate was not working and needed a crow bar to fix. he did load it on our friends truck bed so we could drive it down the drive to the shed. he handed the paperwork to our friend.forget the name was LINDA, but it is here and a nice unit. we will install it tomorrow"

"The tech support in this company is truly the best. The sales department had my interest in mind and stared me in the right direction, they weren't trying to just make another sale.
It was hard for me to comprehend why was I getting a phone call from them within an hour of making my purchase, is so rare to find a company that follows up and wants you to get what you paid for, and to make sure that what you ordered is the right product you need. They explained to me the different options and what would work best. We customers have forgotten what true customer service is, well, I found it again here. Thank you!"
