"When creating my order the user interface was so helpful and directed me to get thw proper configuration. Before my PC arrived I got instructions on what to do when i got my PC that was very useful. PC arrived in a well protected box within 2 weeks of my order placed as it was indicated when i created my order. The cable management is great and so professionally handled."

Very pleased with my new PC
"Very pleased with my new PC. It is extremely well put together with all of the cables tidily routed. I am using it mainly for flight simulators and the performance is better than I was hoping for. My only criticism is the build time, which I felt was excessive, taking 14 working days. This being said, I would not hesitate in using American Builds again."

"I bought a gaming laptop that broke 6months after using it for its intended use. The manager of the refund department completely dismissed my claims with no attempt to help me with my problem. The people I spoke to on the phone were nice but it was out of their hands there. I would be wary of their products (at least the laptops) and I wouldn’t expect much customer service after they’ve got your money."

"If I could give 4.5 stars I would. I've been ordering PCs and laptops from this company for 5 years (4 items in total) and always been very satisfied with the machine I received.
It is never 8 to 10 working days though, add a week for a more realistic estimate."

Too long delivery
"Took way too long for the PC to arrive. Ordered well in advance to receive by a specific date, when it was getting close to the date, we rang to make sure it would be ready, and whilst they made a great effort to get the build and testing complete, they left it sat in the dispatch section for too long, and ended up missing the date. It took 3 full weeks to receive our order in the end."
