I complained and they assured me this would be resolved. a week later, I received a notice of non-payment in postal mail. Now told I need to contact a different company to resolve the double-billing. Not the quality I expected on the accounting side."
"We made very careful high quality art with logo-matched colors. The first set of glasses were way off. I raised the issue and was promised a proof of the actual next print run. I got a digital proof instead which looked fine (as had the last), but the new set of glasses were even worse than the last. Gray is not blue, and the prints were terribly misregistered. Would not order from these folks again."
