Bad return experience
"I returned merchandise I did not like and ask for a refund, all according to their return policy. Was issued an RMA and return shipping label. After product was returned they were only giving me store credit claiming that I missed return window, which I did not).
update: I had to take this matter up with my credit card processors and BBB, as a result company did issue a refund."
