Great customer service, fast shipping.
"An actual person answered phone and was very expedient in helping me revise an online order that I had submitted on a previous day. There was no wait on the phone. A representative picked up the phone very fast, which is something very rare these days. The resolution was less than 5 minutes and I received my order in less than a week via UPS. The quality of home security products I ordered is better than it appears on the Website. The product cost and the shipping cost is very reasonable for very good quality items."
