Excellent service, product, delivered on time.
"The website is very easy to use which is helpful for a 68 year old man. The process of choosing the correct pressure tank, processing the mailing address and billing was clear and helpful.
Calling on the phone was good except that extension 110 is mute, doesn't work. So, I used extension 120 and Corey was very helpful with information and transferred me to Serina who helped me a few times on the phone with excellent customer service.
Emails to me concerning the verification of the date of delivery, carrier (FedEx) with tracking number was very good and built my confidence in AquaScience.
There was no damage to the box or tank. The adapter from 1" male to the slip connection is a very handy asset to the installation.
All in all, I will say I had an excellent customer experience with AquaScience. Rest assured, they will get my endorsement and future business from me.

Replacement air bladder kit had everything
"The replacement air platter kit had all of the parts I needed to do the job, including a threaded piece with a nylon string to pull the bladder through the tank and pull the air stem through the top hole. The job was relatively straightforward. The directions we’re not as clear as they could have been, but there are apparently different versions of the 30 gallon Wellmate tank that I have. Aqua science gets tap grades for quality and completeness."

Soda Ash Purchase
"Easy online ordering, great price with prompt free shipping. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars; expected product in bucket, not bag (not your fault, I saw it in bucket from other vendors). I bought product for well water ph adjustment, and need to keep it clean and dry in basement. I had to buy a bucket/lid, and then learned a 5 gallon bucket isn't big enough for a 50 pound bag of soda ash."

Corruption checking up on those who are not Corrupt
"Ordered an item and paid via a valid card. The order was canceled due to some sort of third party who is hired to verify fraud orders. When I called and called to the number provided by an aqua science representative, only a recorded message played. I have no time to waste with such corruption. So now a third party has my information. Perhaps that party needs to be checked up on, well, that is if you can get a human to answer the phone. Looks like Aqua Science lost a order."

Eye4Fraud is a reputable anti-fraud system and is used by many online companies. How they work is by looking up your name, address, email, and payment information. If all of these do not line up, then they will try to contact you based on the payment information. Failure to respond to these calls and emails will mark you as fraud. We are unsure what number you called exactly but when we call, we do get an automated message to enter an option they dictate. We have always gotten a human being after making the appropriate selection along with many of our other clients. With that being side, lets go over a few things.
First off, your proton mail has no history and that is a red flag for most fraud systems. The address you provided was for a PO Box not a unit, apartment, or house. We must have a physical address to ship your order and not a Post Office. Post office's do not accept large packages. We have gone through our phone records and did not find any attempt to call us from the number you provided via your order. One of our employees does remember giving you the number to call Eye4Fraud but there were no calls after that. Lastly, when you placed the order, your IP address was from Salt Lake City and not from MO. Using a VPN will occasionally flag you as fraud as your information will not be accurate.
We take every opportunity to prevent fraud and scams for all of our customers. No one wants to see a bunch of charges on their credit card when they did not authorized them. That is why we have this system in place to prevent this from happening. We do apologize for your inconvenience with your order and we have been more than helpful when you contacted us the one time. If you still would like your order, please contact Eye4Fraud at 718-831-7385 and they will verify your order and let us know once that is done. Please let us know if you have any questions.
