Good deal on a hard-to-find product
"I bought a replacement trackpad on eBay and it has constantly been giving me problems. AscendTech had the same part for much cheaper and it looks like the result will be much nicer. Look forward to getting it!"

Free shipping was a lie
"I bought a motherboard for my old ps4 slim. When shopping, I noticed a difference in price of the same product by about $10 and could not tell the difference between the two. I chose the cheaper option though as anyone would. It was confusing and weird though. When choosing my item it had “free shipping” in big green letters, pushing me to buy. At checkout I still had to pay almost $13 for shipping. Don’t offer free shipping if it’s not true."
