"I sent my Longines Master Collection Chronograph watch in for what I thought would be covered under warranty. The watch is less than 2 years old and I have worn it less than a dozen times. The last time I wore it I discovered it had very little reserve time, actually it would be stopped in the morning after being left out over night. The watch is advertised as having 54 hours reserve time. I keep all my watches in self-winding watch cases. I wore the watch for week before sending it back to Authentic Watches, winding it every morning for at least thirty times as recommended and wearing it all"

I received a notice today saying the watch is not covered under warranty and it needs a complete overhaul. I told them to send it back to me without doing an overhaul. I have bought a number of watches from Authentic Watches with good results and have recommended them to other people. I will never recommend them to anyone again after this experience. After reading what I wrote, I hope the reader would concur with me."

"Be careful to not dig into the product details with this company. I made the mistake of not doing so and received a $300 tag watch band that was useless with out a buckle, clasp, straps, holes punched etc. Just a band arrived."

Not authentic watches at all!
Don’t shop from this website ✋
I purchased my Omega watch through this website, and it wasn’t a good experience.
The information and the picture that was shown weren’t complete and match with the description and the watch!
When I received my watch, it was absolutely shocking because first it wasn’t what I expected and second, it was defective, and the crown didn’t work and even came out too far.
Besides that, they have zero customer service.
They made me pay for my return shipping and deduct 10% stocking for the watch that I even didn’t open or use!
We took the watch to the Omega store to check its authenticity and performance, and the retailer told me this is a defective product and that they should have provided us with the correct information, because the website and picture didn’t mention anything about the battery-operated model (old model), and the picture of the bottom of the watch.
I also spoke with their manager and emphasized when people are paying a few thousand dollars for their purchase and shop with you, you need to check the item's accuracy and authenticity, and whether it is working properly or not and then ship it to the customer, but he rudely responded that this is not our responsibility instead of offering a good customer support.
Very upset about this company, and absolutely do not recommend even trying them once."

"Paid a 3100 deposit. Waited the (3 months) they said our watch would take to come in. Called them and they claimed they emailed us 2 months before and we had 2 days to pay the balance or loose our deposit. No email was sent, no call, no follow up, they refuse to grind any of the deposit. Only option was to buy the watch for 2 k more then asking price. Don’t use them. All the 5 starts are fake reviews. Scammers"

"First of all let me start by saying I got an amazing deal on a Bell & Ross that I absolutely love. No place on the internet came close to Authentic's price. That being said, traditionally you have to be careful buying on price alone. So when I had to ask a few questions I was wondering what kind of service I would get. The result could not have been better! My call was answered on a Saturday morning by a real person right away. My questions were answered and a follow up email came after to confirm I was satisfied. Monday morning my watch arrived before 11:00 am packed professionally and secure. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with this site and can't wait to order more from them."
