sneaky practice
"I ordered a one car seat cover (order# 21817524). After a few hours my son came home and gave me a whole set for the father's day. I contacted Autoanything.com for cancelation and saw on the fedex tracking ( FedEx notified to void this shipment message) that shipment was canceled at 8.20am. Nevertheless today I received a package and after tracking realised it's the very same canceled order was sneaky reshipped at 3.21pm. the same day it was canceled. Now to return this order I'll have to pay a return shipping. Never ever will deal with Autoanything.com again."

Great company
"I ordered a Bak flip Tonneau cover for my truck on 6/3/2023 and was pleased to receive it on 6/9/2023. AutoAnythig was very prompted on sending me notices of payment, and shipping information. Price of the product was cheaper than any other site I looked at with discounts. I would not hesitate to buy from AutoAnything in the future."

Price Match Guarantee is worthless
"They don't price match Amazon.com and have so many clauses in their price match guarantee that they probably honor very few request. The first customer service rep was rude saying I contacted sales when I should have contacted customer support. They only have one chat window."

"Autoanything sent me the wrong part (I provided them with all the correct information) they admitted to their but they still have not refunded my money or sent the correct part and have a problem in getting a return label sent to me they are good if nothing goes wrong but are horrible at returns or refunds even though they made all the mistakes."

Greed is a terrible trait
"I’m the guy that your Greedy company canceled my order 3 times on because the price you advertised was supposedly incorrect. The first time was understandable so I called and you guys adjusted the price and I replaced the order with the new adjusted higher price even tho the reason listed for canceled order was the item was out of stock but listed 8 available on the website so that was the first lie. But wouldn’t you know the 2nd order got canceled for the same reason after you adjusted and raised the price from the first order. So once again I called and you guys were honest, the product was in stock but the adjusted price was supposedly still not right. So the price was adjusted and raised for the 2nd time, like an idiot I reordered the product again with the agent only for it to be canceled for a third time for pricing issue! Now remind you I paid for this product 3 times now and exhaust systems are not cheap so the $4-500 was taken from my bank account 3 times now and each time I was refunded it took 3-7 business days to be returned to my account. 4 times it took me to finally get my exhaust purchase finalized and approved thru upper management. Your company **** and I’d never recommend nor buy anything from you guys ever again. Now Stop sending me daily emails!"

"I ordered an item that appeared to be in stock and paid for overnight shipping. I soon found out that they did not have the item and were purchasing it from a third party. When I requested to cancel the item and receive a refund for the overnight shipping fee, I was met with resistance. Eventually they me from using their site. (Not that I ever planned on going back) I view this action by them as the trash taking itself out. I will never use their service again and will not recommend it to anyone."
