Very slow shipping!
"Ten days for shipping from CA to NY is a little long...
I placed the order on the weekend, and it was shipped on Wednesday. Also they chose the slowest shipping method, even though I paid $ 10.45 for a small package (Less than 1 LBS)
I didn't feel that my business was important for them.
I will NEVER buy from them again!"

Reasonable prices and great communication
"While shopping online for pieces-parts needed for my BMW I found BMW Northwest to have the best price for what I needed; and they were in the same state.
