"I bought a Quantum LTO-8 tape drive from Backupworks.com. Shortly after placing the order, I received a telephone call confirming that the drive I ordered met the physical setting for my situation as some drives are right for servers but not tape libraries. Fortunately, I ordered the correct drive but this could have averted an inconvenient transaction had I not made the correct choice. I appreciate the personal touch.
They shipped the drive that afternoon and I received it three days later. I was very pleased at not having to wait a week or more as I have from other vendors."
