"The customer service was execellent, they did whatever they could help me with my questions and request. The chairs we received are wonderful quality and firm, not to soft, not to hard, but just right, just like the 3 bears, story.. The chairs go beautifully in our offices and matches the walls and decor. The last two chairs were on back order, but we received them so quickly, that made us exceptionally pleased,. "The BizChair I ordered was delivered very quickly during the Christmas rush. I put the chair together in less than 30 minutes with all parts and assembly tools included in the chair package. Once assembled, the chair is very comfortable with good back support."

"2 boxes, did not arrive together in the same delivery, boxes were busted (think ripped or partially shredded) but the furniture is fine and assembly was easy."

Not delivered
"Cannot comment on your product because it was never delivered. It was supposed to be delivered the day before Christmas Eve. Trucking company called me the day before we agreed upon a time but they never showed up. I understand it’s around Christmas but I have not heard a word from anyone."
