Great Products and Great Service
"Over the past year I have purchased several high-end knives from BladeHQ. Their product selection is very good and their web site is well designed. When it comes to customer service, they are excellent. I recently dealt with Hannah in customer service regarding an exchange. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and took time to review options with me. I plan to continue shopping for knives exclusively at BladeHQ."

Customer Service is 2nd to None!
"I had an issue with a fixed blade knife that comes with a sheath. However, the sheath was not very secure and slips off. I called and spoke with Wendy who promptly, efficiently and kindly provided me with a credit on that knife. There was also an issue with a KaBar knife which had a blemish on the handle. Wendy also graciously provided me with a credit for that knife. I cannot thank Blade HQ enough for their exceptional customer service and for employing such efficient, caring and considerate people like Wendy. Please commend her for a customer service job VERY WELL done! Thanks again Wendy!"

Blade HQ- a great site to shop
"I have been a Blade HQ customer for some time now, and I want to let everyone know that you couldn’t find a better place to purchase knives on the Internet. Service is top notch, with great selection and fast reliable shipping. Recently, I purchased a knife but had second thoughts about it, and decided to cancel my order. After reading some reviews, I decided to give the knife a try. I contacted Blade HQ via email, and spoke with Sharon, one of their service representatives. She was super helpful and cancelled my order and refunded my money. Surprisingly, I received the knife after the order was cancelled, so I contacted Sharon once more to see if she would reinstate my original purchase. Not only did she do so, but gave me a discount due to the confusion with my order. That is some great customer service. I would highly recommend Blade HQ for your knife and associated item purchases. Thanks to Sharon and Blade HQ!"

Great customer service from Sharon at BladeHQ
"I made a mistake on my order and didn't realize it until after I received an email stating the items were packed and waiting to be picked up by FedEx. I sent an email asking if the order could be corrected before it shipped. Sharon chased down my order and stopped it from being loaded on the truck in the nick of time and then cancelled and refunded it so I could resubmit the order correctly. All of this on the Saturday of Easter holiday weekend. Honestly, I wasn't even expecting to get a response to my email until Monday at the earliest. Sharon went over and above to fix something that was entirely my fault, just great, awesome, excellent customer service, the kind that is rare these days and compels me to leave a public acknowledgement for the first time ever. Thank you Sharon and BladeHQ."

Awesome customer service
"I bought a knife from Blade HQ and was always so careful to leave it home when travelling so the meanies at airport security would not confiscate it. Last night I attended the Jordan Peterson lecture at the Delta Center, and I forgot I had it clipped inside my pocket. I made it through the detectors but then someone in security noticed the clip outside my pocket and said I could take it back to my car or they could confiscate it. I took it outside the building and discreetly buried it in the landscaping where only I would find it (I thought). After the lecture, I went back to the spot and found it had been stolen by jerks. I told my sad story to Sharon with Blade HQ Support, and she immediately sent a $20 gift card to help replace my stolen knife. I love these guys!"
