William, You placed your order on September 15th @ 5:08 pm for 25 4K Blu-Ray Cases. You chose the slowest shipping method - FedEx SmartPost, which we state can take up to 2 weeks for shipping. We shipped your order the next day September 16th. I have checked your tracking, and it shows that it is scheduled for delivery today, September 30th. If you had paid $1.21 more, you would have had your order delivered within three business days. To issue a company a two-star review for something the customer is 100% at fault with is disrespectful and 100% inaccurate. Perhaps you should edit your review stating you made an error and advise others that if they want orders delivered promptly, not choose FedEx SmartPost, which is already on the shipping page where you chose your shipping method. "Shipping quotes are generated automatically based on the shipment weight and delivery location when you enter your Ship To Address and may be updated manually by clicking the button below. If FedEx SmartPost is shown as an option, please note that transit times will be 3-5 days longer than FedEx Home Delivery (check FAQ section). FedEx SmartPost is only available to residential addresses for small orders and any orders to AFO/APO addresses and must NOT be selected for date critical orders.
