Fast service
"I recently bought a used boat that had an Evinrude motor but the dealer only had one key for the ignition switch. Since Evinrude has gone out of business, I spoke to several local boat shops and locksmiths who all told me I would just have to search on EBAY and hopefully find one. In searching I found Boats.net who had the OEM key in stock and at a great price. The keys arrived today and is exactly what I ordered. I thought I was getting one replacement key at a great price, but it was actually two keys. I had to go back and look at my order to verify that it was a set, not just a single key. This makes it an even greater bargain in my mind!"

Not Good Delivery
"I paid for express delivery that said delivery within 1-3 business days. However the order wasn't even processed for 3 days. I finally received the order the following week. I really needed the order for last weekend but didn't receive until Monday. I know it's not a lot of money between the two delivery options but I wouldn't have spent the extra money if I'd known the express delivery would not happen. This is my first order with Boats.net and I was so hoping to find a good site for marine parts, but now I will have to re-consider any future orders."
