bad customer service in store and confused customer service online
"Four times I had to return boots because they were two different sizes, they gave me points and discounts but it kept happening. the last time the manager at the store yelled at me in front of other customers that I HAD to accept the boots even though they were the wrong size, I left crying. Customer service to this day cannot figure out why this keeps happening and why my refund was denied (hmmm, the manager who said he will not give me a refund if I dont accept the boots???) then Boot Barn Customer service sends me an old order of boots to pick up in store (mind you the boots I already have and picked up 10/03/2024 and customer service cant figure out why the refund was denied??? Really bad management in BOOT BARN!!!"
