"All in all the experience was very good. BUT there is one thing I think is VERY important: When you call to cancel a false or accidental alarm, that should be the FIRST thing on the choice tree after the phone is answered. Otherwise you wait with apprehension and uncertainty to go through choices for all kinds of other things. I don't like that."
