"Their representative emailed false quote, as we are ready to pay, the representative STOP ANSWERING emails. I called the company on phone # listed on their email, recording said “This phone # can’t be reached from US customer “. Frustrated when we were ready for our travel. Now we need to shop around from scratch."

"Like the curate's egg, good in parts. Sometimes great flights at good prices. So much so that we readily used to recommend BCG's service to friends and family. Then, for no apparent reason, communications became difficult. Examples: 1) Failure to respond to (pleading) repeat emails. 2) No flights offered despite our wide-open start and finish travel dates, even six months ahead of our requirements. 3) Partial responses, e.g. offering a single B-C sector but no mention of travel options for our other requested sectors. Outcome: BCG's credibility is shot with us. So: no more leads to friends and family - until they get Customer Service back to "Acceptable""
