Excellent response
"Order the system without any problems. The delivery was timely and the system was easy to setup. Also just placed an order for additional cameras with adapters to use cat5 cable to run instead of the basic BNC cable. They called to verify the product that was selected for the adapter was going to be used with the purchased cameras due to the ones I selected did not support them. So they got me fixed with the correct ones I needed."

"I had an off the shelf security system that was installed by prior owner. However, they took DVR so needed to buy. Read reviews on the brand and decided to look elsewhere. Homeowner Install Of CCTV Camera Pros System
"I was looking to upgrade our 9 year old LaView camera system. After a lot of searching and reading reviews, I decided on the 8 camera 4K IP system from CCTV Camera Pros. Having worked in IT for 40+ years, I was also thinking of finagling together a Blue Iris system, but decided on the low maintenance plug and play route instead. Install was easy since I reused the Cat5e cables and didn't have to crawl in the attic to run cable, which I'm too old for that now anyway. Configured my Asus router for the port forwarding and tried using the Asus built-in DDNS feature, which didn't work reliably. So, just using the ViewTron code scan option for our devices. Everything is working great!"

Outdoor Camera
"My outdoor camera lasted 8 years. The wiring and connections underground from house to the gate are RCA. Camera replacement was easy with the customer service because I spoke to a human, sent pictures via email (I’m not tech savvy) and ordered the camera fitting my existing connection.
Finding a monitor (that malfunctiond also) with RCA video port was a challenge until the excellent solution was to use HDMI converter .
Thanks guys, the camera and HDMI plug and play shows the best picture ever."

"Overall,it was great. The camera went up and has been working great on catching tag numbers. I have it set for a bit wider than normal for this installation. It has no problem covering almost all of both lanes. I will be using more of their products in the future. Awesome service and follow up."
