THIEVES!!! BUYER BE AWARE
"Made a purchase I never received. They would not refund me and said I would have to wait 10 days more after already waiting 15 days for the missing package. Customer service RUDE. No refund no replacement. A month later still waiting for a refund. Call and get nasty Customer service saying refund can't go through and there's not much they can do. Spent hours trying to resolve this and never resolved"

Gone to the dogs
"This company was the place to go to get your outdoor winter work wear. Now they cater to the yuppie that wants to look like construction worker to just run the 50 feet from their car to office. Gone is the durability that made them. Just got a new coat and you cant get the sipper to go up or down with out feeling like your going to tear the coat apart. Go back to what made you."

Received defective shirt as Christmas present.
"I received a shirt as a Christmas gift that had an unfinished seam leaving an 8" hole down the left side. I contacted Carhartt Customer Service 4 times with pictures and descriptions and size, color etc. Each time I received a request for more information. Other than physically taking the item back to Carhartt I don't know what to do. I will never endorse nor buy another product from this Company."

"I purchased a gift card as a Christmas present. When the recipient attempted to use the card he was told there was a $0. balance. I called the Dedham, MA store and had the good fortune to speak to Kevin, a store supervisor, who researched the problem and called me back with a resolution. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient . Needless to say I was pleasantly shocked to receive such exceptional customer service. Kevin certainly is an asset to Carhartt. He helps make the company shine and the go to place for gifts."

Carhartt Boots
"I bought a pair of Carhartt boots recently thinking they would be great simply because of the name. Boy was I wrong. They were really stiff when I tried them on, but I thought they just needed to be broke in. I have worn them about 6 hours at a time for a couple of months now and they still feel like a pair of wooden boots. I have worn work boots all my life and these are the most uncomfortable pair I have ever owned. Oh, they were about 165.00. When I called Carhartt I was told "Sorry, we don't warranty comfort""

Did not ship my full order….
"I ordered 2x bright yellow long sleeve work shirts and a pair of safety glasses. Confirmed my order at checkout, got a confirmation email, then a day later they canceled my shirts and only sent the glasses. Seems sketchy to ninja remove items after the fact. I would of bought the safety glasses somewhere else if i knew that they would of done this. Contacted them and they said item was out of stock, but it’s still on their site… BS company with shady tactics."

"Mark V claims that health and safety are his motivators but anyone with a mind and the ability to think critically knows that this entire drama has been designed to create fear and subservience in the masses and control, power and wealth for the elite. It is paradoxical that Carhartt would be one of the entities taking the lead in this globalist onslaught.
