Caseables is a scam
"I received a voucher for a free case with the purchase of a fire tablet from qvc. I ordered the case and also a screen protector which I paid for in October 2022. I kept receiving emails that usps hasn’t received package. Then an email that it was returned for invalid address. I emailed customer service because this company does not provide ANY phone #s. First I was told my address was incorrect even though I checked the order and it was correct. Then I was told they resent it. Never received. Then I was told the order was reproduced and don’t be surprised if I get 2. Then I get an email that it was delivered by usps to a P.O. Box. I don’t have a P.O. Box. Here we are three months later and still nothing. I have asked for a refund again via email. Please do not order from this company."

Horrible customer service! They are a bunch of scammers
"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never order from them again. Ordered a custom case and it arrived without anything printed on it! Then they apologized and gave me a voucher code to remake it giving me some lame excuse that the machine was having technical difficulties. I make the custom case design and go to checkout and the code Dosent work! So I email them AGAIN, wait another few days for a response and I’m given another half **** apology. I go back to the site for the 3rd time, make my design and go to check out and wouldn’t you know it, the voucher Dosent work AGAIN! now they won’t respond to my emails. I’m furious"

Extremely bad service!
"I placed an order for a anazon fire 8 case. I recieved tracking number with email that case was shipped. Us postal states they never recieved package. Caseable Customer service states they had delays, etc. My case was to be recieved in 7 days. I placed the order on OCT 2.....stil no case!"

"I placed an order and made a mistake ordering the wrong product. I was contacted by a customer service representative who verified the order and found the mistake. The representative helped me order the correct product and made sure I was getting what I needed, and did so with courtesy. The product I received was first quality and correct.

Broken Glass
"I purchased an Amazon Fire HD 10 and did the code thing for the cover. The box was fine but the screen protector was cracked. I wrote Caseable, sent the required pictures. Waited a few weeks for a replacement, which never arrived, so I purchased one on the web. Lucy at Caseable, was not very responsive to this situation. So, you get 1 Star. Also, my photo was printed upside down. So, that would get 1 Star too."

Great Ater Sale Service
"I purchased an Amazon Fire HD 10 and received a code for a free cover from Caseable. In addition I ordered a screen protector and when the package got delivered, the box was dented in and ripped a little. I opened up the box and the cover was fine but the screen protector was cracked. I wrote Caseable who asked me to send a picture of the damage and that they would send me a replacement with no charge immediately. A couple weeks later i received the protector and it was fine. The woman at Caseable, Lucy, was very understanding and polite. In a world full of scared and angry people at a difficult time, it's nice to see a company still standing beside their customers to give them great service. I highly recommend Caseable. They have a lot of nice covers for your tablet and good honest customer service to boot."
