"I already sent your company a message the day after I received the cartridge and it won't work. I need a new one sent, and somebody at your company to contact me. Horrible customer service on a situation out of my control and a product that doesn't work. You don't respond to your tickets about issues??? shame."

"I used to get ink for my Epson Stylus 800 ringer at Best Buy. They don’t carry it anymore. I searched online and found this site. I can’t tell any difference in the quality. Will be ordering from here from now on."
