"I wish I could Give Anita more then 5 stars. What a great gift, I am over the moon with the product and the customer service. I contacted Cowboy Chuck as I wanted it delivered to Australia and she got back to me straight away, I had the order placed the same day and had my Plaque in just over a week - I don't get stuff delivered locally within that time! The plaque was something different, made with great workmanship and I am sure it will have many compliments coming its way. She was beyond helpful, kind, caring and very professional. I will be sure to shop with Cowboy chuck again and will by all means be recommending her services."

"I have been ordering from Cowboy Chuck for years! Their workmanship is always excellent. I recently ordered a plaque as a gift but it did not come out the way I had pictured it. I contacted Anita via e-mail who assured me that there would be no problem in re-doing it. I spoke with her on the phone and felt like we were friends. Not only is she re-doing the plaque "free of charge," she is sending it to the address I have provided along with a gift card. You can't get any better than this! Order with Cowboy Chuck. You will NEVER be disappointed!"
