Bait and switch
"Ordered a Milwaukee tool from them online just before Veteran's Day 2022. Their site said it was $179 including a battery and charger (great deal!) I ordered it. Crescent Electrical emailed me later that evening to say they made a mistake on their site and what I bought was actually $369. Then, they offered me a "discount" to $295. Dishonest company that baits and switches products. They do not honor their word. Avoid this company. Terrible customer service. They did not even apologize for their "mistake" but simply said they were going to charge me double if I really wanted the tool. Crooks."
