First time and worried
"It had been a very long time since my last Crutchfield experience. I know I was happy the first time. This time was a more complicated install. My buddy and I put my radio in and it was about two hours from start to finish including pulling it to put the GPS unit on.
Very good instructions and support in purchasing the radio.
Norm was incredibly patient."

Poor product advice
"I called to request guidance on a replacement radio for my 2006 Mercedes E350. My principal requirement was that it be plug and play and the advisor recommended a Pioneer DMH-W3000NEX with several ancillary parts. What I received was anything but a DYI project. Plus a local audio shop wanted ~$900 to install. Very disappointed!"

Guaranteed fit items do not fit.
"I got some new 6 1/2 speakers and tweeters and the tweeters were supposed to be a fit for the stock location. I installed a door speaker before checking if the tweeter fit. When I went to install there is no way to make it with without using a hole saw and gluing the tweeter. If I knew this was the case I would’ve ordered co-axles and I already installed the speaker so I can’t send it back."

Best experience ever
"First thing I noticed was how user friendly the website is and how they tell you exactly what works with vehicle specific install.
Second thing was how they gave me the factory harness for all the speakers for free and a detailed step by step instructions.
Third is i ordered the speakers at 6pm at night on a friday and they were delivered at noon the next day on Saturday.
This company got there ish together you can believe that."
