Don't buy there, find another seller!
"I received a defective adapter and contacter their customer service. Elena asked for video showing the adapter which I sent them. Then total silence, my emails have just been ignored.
Worst customer service I have ever seen."

Rip off
"I wish that I had checked your reviews before I ordered from dx extreme. It is a total ripoff. They supply an e-mail address that is non functional, e-mails cannot be delivered. Impossible to contact them. Fortunately I lost only $10.00 but multiply that by the number of people conned by this outfit and they are making a lot of money scamming shoppers. Their website should be closed down."

Disgusted by this company
"I placed an order nearly four months ago and have never recieved it. I was originally told the item was shipped after just one week, but when I contested this after the third week of waiting I was told that in actual fact the item hasn't been shipped and isn't even in stock. I was given no option of a refund, but was told to wait until they have the stock and then they will send it. Up to date my emails have been ignored and every attempt to contact them fails.
Please do not buy from this company"

Fraud essentially
"Ordered a 3D printer from them 2 months ago, to date they have not shipped anything.
Initially I received several conflicting excuses, eventually I was told I would just have to wait longer. I have now requested a refund and I have been ignored.
That is 300 pounds down the drain. Essentially fraud."

Most sellers are honest, but NO protection against the bad ones.
"Most sellers are honest, but Buyer protection time is not enough for an item to reach many countries. And some sellers will delay responses or claim they have to check with the warehouse and wait several weeks. Then the time is over, and there is NO appeal process. Even if the buyer sends you the wrong item and doesn't want to do anything about it, there is nothing the buyer can do.
This was my first time returning to dx.com after a year of absence due to a previous bad experience. And I promptly get a second bad experience.
I'm going back to aliexpress.com. At least they have an appeal process, even if the seller delays past the buyer protection period."

Worked for me
"I purchased my son his first cell phone from this website. it took quite a while to get here but it was also during Christmas time. We are very pleased with the product. I might be hesitant to order from here again but only because other people are saying they did not get their product. But my stars are based on my own experience. The phone is great we've had no problems with it. When I contact the customer service there was a response very quickly."

Avoid! Save your money and sanity.
"Received the expensive but faulty earpods.. from somewhere in Hong Kong apparently, after paying for quick delivery.. they arrived 2 weeks later.
Tried contacting them several times but no reply.
They seem to operate on the basis that ignoring unhappy customers will make them go away eventually.
Avoid and go elsewhere, even if you must pay a bit more at least you get what you pay for."
