Next day delivery
"Ordered my deed for next day delivery, this was a Saturday, so I expected my order by Monday with it being the weekend, Tuesday at most. It wasn't delivered until Thursday. I was in contact online throughout the week with whomever. They made the excuse that The Royal Mail were to blame. Took 3 days of chatting back and forth before I asked for a digital copy to print until the official one arrived. Surely this could've been an option sooner? And option offered, not made by myself? Strange service that I'm not happy with but glad it's done. Hope to not do it again"

"I had been putting off changing my name by deed poll for a while as I believed it to be really complicated but Deed Poll Office made it so simple. The information on their website is so clear with every aspect of the process explained really well. Change of name.
"I wanted to get my name changed and unlike many other people, I don't do social media.
I came across this site purely by luck, getting my name changed is something I have always wanted to do but I felt it would be too expensive and complicated as my computer skills are basic at best. "This service is amazing. I live abroad and had to change my child's name in the UK. The process with the Deed Poll Office was so easy. They answered all of my initial questions quickly via email.
