My experience was fairly seamless.
"From start to finish my book printing experience was seamless. The only thing you could upgrade on is to plastic-wrap the boxes you ship out your books in. Why? Because deliveries today are left on porches, in the rain, yes, in the rain. I was lucky that I caught the my package just in time. Imagine if I would have has a large order, destroyed by rain?
I did submit this idea to your department, however, I received back a notice that you will NOT use that idea. What?
Oh well, look forward to future problems."

CONSISTENT PERFECTION
"I just needed some more copies of the book they'd done such an outstanding job with on its initial printing. And they nailed it again.
Talked to a real human on the first try, had all my questions answered, and they started production on it immediately. Because the book had a hardcover, it was scheduled to take 10 business days to complete. But it was done in 7, shipped on the 8th day, and arrived at my house on the 10th. And every copy looked fantastic, just like the first time.

3rd time I have used them
"I will definitely go back. I published a 104 page Spanish to English book. But some of the pages printed darker. In particular some photos. And my graphic artist had lightened them prior to submitting. I used an ink jet at home and pages were fine. I’d like to close with saying it is a very professional company. Good customer service and timely delivery of product."
