"Ordered a computer security and 8 days later still none. My credit card showed money paid on day it was purchased. wrote several messages but never answers back. supposed to have download with in 24 hours. my account still says "on hold".
NEVER DO BUSINESS with these rip-offs. I have notified the BBB."

"Product was just as described and the price was very good. Unbeknownst to anyone there were some issues going on with the "license/product key" server, so the key didn't arrive as promptly as was expected. This was finally resolved, over a couple of days, an unanswered email and ultimately a call to customer service. The problem was then identified and resolved while I was on the phone. Everything ended fine, it just took a couple of days longer than expected. I'll deal here again, but will allow a little more leeway for delivery, just in case...."

"I screwed up with an order I placed for tax preparation software. Rather than returning the software (which would have benefitted neither DDD or me) DDD agreed to simply deduct the price I paid from the item I actually intended to order. However, since the software I ordered wasn't yet commercially available (what can I say, I was eager to get started with my taxes!) DDD remained in weekly contact with me, answered every single email I sent and worked with me to resolve to my satisfaction what was, in the first place, my mistake. I will definitely make DDD a favorite site and look to make future purchase from them. Their level of Customer Service should be the ideal others strive for. I am very satisfied."

"This company gets my seal of approval for Customer Service. I bought a deeply discounted version of Office 2010 and wasn't able to download it. Being rather inept at all things computer, things weren't going well and I was less than calm when I contacted the company.
My frustration was completely cured within just a few minutes as Office was downloaded and appeared neatly on my computer. Full (well, extra service) and a discount price--I live very close to the MS campus and couldn't pull that off!"
