Never again
"We ordered and paid for a dining room set in October 2022. We received the set the first time in February 2023. The table was badly damaged (a corner knocked off), one chair was totaled and the rest were assembled incorrectly. We notified Dining Room Outlet and rejected the order except the buffet. We were told they would correct any faults and replace the table and chairs. We were notified the corrections were made and the furniture would be delivered in March. A new table and chair would replace the damaged ones. They were delivered. It’s the same table that had been attempted to repair. The chair were still assembled incorrectly and one chair still missing. We exchanged numerous emails. Bottom line we asked our credit card company to refund all moneys except for the buffet. It took about 60 days but they ruled in our favor since they never came through as promised. They called wanting to pickup the chair which they promised to repair. When the moving company showed up they had orders to get all items including the buffet. We denied them pickup of the buffet. We will never do business with this company or any of their associates. We have now purchased a new set of ding room furniture. It was delivered just now. It took this company 10 days to do what dining room outlet failed to do in 9 months at the same price."
