Excellent service
"My order of 5 filters arrived all crushed. I corresponded with their customer service, and they had me take pictures. Once they got the pictures they sent me 5 new filters without any questions asked. The true measure of a company's customer service is not how they perform when things go right, but how they perform when things go wrong. Didn't Honor $10 Off Coupon
"Ordered two filters because they promised $10 off. I looked carefully during checkout for a place to enter the coupon code and saw nothing. During checkout there was no option to review my order before submitting it. So, I had no chance to review how much I was being charged, how much taxes would be, and to verify that the coupon was actually honored. Called them but wasn't able to talk to a real person. A recorded message took my name and phone number but after an hour hadn't called me back. My complaints are 1) Failure to honor the coupon, 2) Failure to show how much I was going to be charged during checkout, and 3) Failure to return my phone call."

Charged tax 3 times?!?
"During checkout, I was quoted $5.42 for taxes. That's fine, I don't mind paying my taxes... but when my card was charged, it was for $5 MORE than the checkout screen said. Looking at my invoice, I was charged a tax, then a state tax, then a county tax?!? Why wasn't this disclosed on the original order screen? And nobody answers the phone there... shady.
EDIT: They returned my call after a few hours and informed me that the IT department was aware of the website issues. The "three taxes" were actually the 1 tax broken down. It threw me off because the math didn't add up (rounding error). All's good now."

"Discountfurnacesupply.com do not answer their phone or return phone calls. I have been trying for two days to cancel my order and have been unable to reach them. Also, I paid an extra $30 for 2-day shipping on my order and and they took 5 days to ship."

"Ordered a refresh kit for my Aprilaire humidifier. I received the kit exactly exactly as specified.
There was on thing I did not like. The packing slip had a boilerplate disclaimer that said the warranty was void if parts are not installed by a licensed HVAC tech. That is an outrageous requirement to place on a simple kit like this."
