Excellent customer service
"Customer service was excellent. Virtual assistant, Lanie, helped me get my order placed. I was given a last-minute deadline for our home and garden show and she came through for us! We have used Discount Mugs since we opened our small construction business eight years ago and each year we use their products for our trade trade-show and plan to continue because of their quality and customer service."

"The ease of online design graphics tool was what sold me on ordering from Discount Mugs. Mugs arrived within a week, and I ordered during the week before Christmas! I was at work when the box arrived, my wife opened and said they were safely and securely packed. No damage. I got home inspected them, and then noticed the count was 36, and not the 50 I ordered. I called customer service......It was 5:10 on 12/23 and the operator answered, took my order number, and said "the 2nd box is being delivered between 5:30 and 7:30"... Sure enough, within 30 min, the 2nd box arrived!."
