Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"Looked up the part I needed on website (parts.subaru.com). Selected "Discounted Subaru Parts", Renton WA, from among several choices. Retailer price was listed at $252.71. I selected "Pick Up" and it said "FREE" (Bolded, Green). During checkout an additional "Pickup - Handling Charge" of $34.95 was added. That should have been added to the price when I selected "Pick Up" (i.e. 252.71 + 34.95), NOT after I've entered all my information. This is not acceptable. I would have chosen a different (cheaper) option if I had known."
"Bought a $2 washer fluid clip. It's going to cost me $30 with shipping shipping and handling and tax. Explain that must be being sent with a white glove service"
"Site showed the part was in stock when I selected customer pick up option. Called to confirm and they did not have it. Also, I received an email asking to rate the experience the first weekday after my order was placed. There is still not any shipping information available, the only thing I received is a message saying the order is delayed and there could be additional costs."
"Reached out before buying to verfiy fitment for my VIN and didn't get a response. I put in my order anyway and got an email confirmation. After waiting 4 days for an update I reached out by phone on the weekend, the CS rep did his best to help me but was unfamiliar with the computer system so he left a note for the worker who runs the online store to get back to me.
On Monday, they did get back to me through email and were responsive throughout the day to my questions."
