Customer Service is horrible!
"After waiting 4-6 weeks for the dress, it was too big when I received it. Now it's impossible trying to get someone to respond to my ticket(s) asking for their procedures to return the dress. As I understand it, I only have a few days to ask them for a return. They sure as heck better not refuse to give me a credit since I've been trying to get in touch with them since I received the dress! Definitely not worth the trouble. Buy local!"

Never Again
"I ordered a long, long sleeve navy blue gown and received a black gown with spaghetti straps. I emailed a picture of the dress and asked what the return procedure was. They asked me to email a picture of the dress, the tags, the shipping label and some other label before they can proceed. What? I waited a month and they sent the wrong dress. I don’t think I should have to jump through hoops to return it!"

"I ordered my burgundy dance shoes, they arrived before I was expecting them and the product was as advertised but lovelier in real life. The leather is soft and supple and the fit was just perfect, the shoes fitted and were comfortable as soon as i put them on. The shoes are extremely pretty and the heel height is perfect for dancing, not too high not too low. I appreciated the correct dispatch and consignment follow up details. Look forward to ordering more shoes from you."

"I ordered a dress from a competitors website and had a terrible time with them. Their customer service, quality, and timeliness were poor, and that's being nice. I tried a second time here, and found a lovely dress. It was delivered quickly, measurements were perfect, and the quality was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better. It gave me the confidence needed to face the rest of the wedding excitement with my head held high."

"Horrible. The worst experience I have ever had as an online customer was this one.
Colour, was by far as in the picture presented on their site. I ordered a fuchsia dress, when arrived, was totally pink.
The cut of the dress, totally different than in the picture. If you don't believe me get my email and you will be convinced.
137£ for the dress. I bet the costs aren't more than 50£ and I repeat myself, extreme low quality. The embelishment looks aweful and totally different in comparison with the publicity picture.
Free shipping was actually extra costs for 60$
IN CONCLUSION. THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME INTO DRESSLAST."
