Fake Company with just Sales People working from home.
"Drive had 4 partitions and software that the Dell BIOS did not like. Returned drive more than likely and I returned it back to them under the 1 year warranty guarantee. But found out that Company is an empty shell and no one to Fix the problem or send out a blank, new drive."

"Installed harddrive in L455D-S5976 toshiba laptop.I have a sad face because it will not start.I get media failed message,Iget could not find (windows repair disc),I get run media(norton boot tool).Norton has an option for direct comand but I have no idea as to what code or symbles I'm supposed to use.So far this fix has been a waist of money."

"Overall the experience was very good and positive. The products shipped quickly and arrived before I was expecting them. My only complaint is your prices are much higher than they should be. With that said, your EZ Upgrade wizard saved me a lot of time so in the end I am a satisfied customer. I would return as a customer if your prices were more reasonable, but as it stands I will take 20 minutes and drive to an electronics store."
