Horrible Customer Service
"I have been trying to get a refund back from them for over 3 months! I returned the merchandise within the allotted timeframe and they mentioned to my bank that I bought a customized piece. Nothing about these ear rings are custom, these were ordered directly from the site. When I reached out to them they said they couldn't talk to me because I had a dispute with them."

Deceived and disappointed with this entire service-waitng for 10 months for PROMISED reimbursement
"On Dec 18,2023 my brother-in-law purchased a ring for my sister that was going through a medical hardship. What appeared on-line were beautiful rings; he ordered one and it was delivered. NOTHING like the ring on display; he was deceived and disappointed. When she opened the box and saw the ring, she cried because it was CLOUDY and ugly. She felt she deserved much better. He sadly returned the ring immediately. She was so upset, disappointed and sad. HE IS STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT. 10 months after reimbursement was promised! The ring was terrible-just like this jewelers customer service."

I had no prior knowledge about diamond clarity, but after several conversations with their team, I feel like an expert now. The pendant they made for me is gorgeous. They worked with me to help find the best possible diamond within my budget. I love that they have a lifetime exchange policy, so that I may upgrade at any point. Found my forever jeweler
"Found my forever jeweler! I called and placed an order with Edwin Novel for two custom necklaces for my daughters. The team was a delight to work with. They made the pendants from scratch. Very cool to come up with an idea and a couple of weeks later to be able to see that idea come to life. My daughter’s love their necklaces. Gorgeous workmanship, and the diamonds are pure magic. Will definitely be going through Edwin Novel for all of my future jewelry purchases."

Edwin Novel Reviews Are Great that’s Why I Used Them
"Edwin Novel Reviews are all positive. First time I used them, wanted to make sure they are legit. Reviews online suggest Edwin Novel is Legit and not a scam.
I decided to buy the most important purchase of my life so far, the Engagement ring I am going to propose with. Did a lot of researched went to local jewelry stores and at the end Edwin Novel was the most reasonable with the best reputation.
I purchased a 2 carat emerald diamond solitaire natural diamond ring. I was at first open to lab grown but all the jewelers said lab diamonds were a scam and worthless. So natural was important because the moment is important to me. Didn’t want to be cheap and have regrets in the future.
The specs are G Vs2, the diamond looks much better then what the jewelry stores were trying to sell to me for more money.
If you want good savings and a jewelry company without a professional sales man ripping you off, go to Edwin Novel jewelry. They are legit and definitely not a scam."

"This is not my first purchase from Edwin Novel Jewelry Design. One time I had a problem with an agent and they fired him. Other than that all the diamonds I have purchased are great. The diamond earrings I just received look perfect. The details and prongs are flawless. Their work is perfect."
