Higher expectations
"I purchased a 24 inch wheel tire package for my Range Rover upon receiving my wheels finding out one of the wheels was leaking so I had to get that fixed then my tpms sensors would not link to my truck so I had to replace those at 5K for a package which the price is a bit higher than most places I’ve seen that were selling these wheels, but I am a firm believer in you pay for what you get so I had higher expectations"

"im going to keep it short and sweet. contacted 4-5 other wheel companies before element. got on the phone with element, and from the beginning was a more pleasant experience. answer the phone fast. if you have a minion questions like I did, they have a million and one answers. they offered me my ferrada fr4s for 100 cheaper AND they threw in lugs for free when all the other companies were charging. tristen is a stand up guy, hes super knowledgeable. I swear they have a customer for life. not really short like I expected, but listen do NOT buy your wheels from somewhere else before giving them a call. you wont regret it. thank you ELEMENT WHEELS"

Superior Service
"I have bought a few wheels from Element Wheel over the years. I highly recommend them. Very fast turn around time from the time you order to at your door. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike most companies that shop what you order and then it’s your problem, Element makes sure what you order will fit for your application. I placed an order online and they called me next day to verify all options on the vehicle. Not many companies will do that these days, Superior service !!! I have also place an order recently over the phone with Brian, he double checked that wheels would fit, stock count, and wheel load ratings were correct. Can’t say enough about Element Wheel, just don’t find customer service a priority these days, Element Wheel gets my business hands down !!!"

Beware of this vendor.
"Ordered rims from them. Received the wrong finish and no TMS or lugs. After communicating with James, he asked me to return them. Once returned he told me two of the wheels were damaged and he could only credit me for two of them. I explained that I never removed them from the box they came in. He refused to take them back.
Horrible experience. Don't ever buy wheels from them!!"

I'm not too happy
"I ordered wheels with interest to ship to my son as a present then they tell me they can't they have to ship them to me I'm an 75 year old war vet I can't unload them or put them up they where going as a gift but they have been mounted and balanced so they can sit in shipping because I can't unload them and it's not very good if I have to tell him about them"

AWESOME PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH !! WOULD 150% DO BUSINESS AGAIN
"Element wheels is a awesome company , Their customer service is top notch, I started off dealing with Adam who was very fast in responding to emails/Phone calls , Got my wheels in a very timely manner , had one small hiccup and BOOM! Right away Ryan who is the owner of Element wheels contacted me and did everything in his power to make everything right which he did and then some!! .. I have dealt with many company's and never had such a quick response and resolve!.. Would recommend to everyone do not hesitate when it comes to making a purchase from element wheels!!

"Long story short simply the best.
Long story long :
I bought some wheels from Ryan at Element Wheels. I phoned to make sure I was buying the right things. You know it's tough working out the offset, then the size then the tire size, even the choice of wheel nut is confusing. Anyway Ryan helped me with my choices and I ordered.
Once I received the wheels I noticed a small lip inside the hub of the wheel. It looked as if this was for an insert. Sure enough, when I phoned and asked Ryan what they were he explained they were hub rings and I can fit them if I like. He then ordered for me complementary. No shipping cost, no service fee, just sorted the problem out.
So I thought that was it - great customer service. But no, that was not enough!
In the winter I swapped out my stock wheels so I actually have some grip in the wet. When I did so I had left the hub rings on the car. This is a bad idea for many reasons. Cops were involved and loads of scary stuff that didn't need to happen did and all because I made that stupid mistake.
Correctly so Ryan laughed at my mistake, and then ordered me replacement hub rings. Who could ask for more.
Ryan and element wheels took a simple customer interaction and turned the customer into a raving fan.
My expectations that were met were : All parts ordered arrived as expected within delivery time expected and were well packaged.
It was the customer service that has, for me, become Element Wheels brand image."
