Sent the wrong item
"Item received was not what was described or shipped. Called for RMA and return shipping. They do not want to refund shipping (and I was taxed on shipping and handling). Their return process is very slow and constantly having to deal with customer support to get return label and assure full refund. Would NEVER order or recommend this company!"
