Paid extra for shipping only to have late delivery
"My money was essentially stolen. There's no way to select rush shipping apparently because reportedly most banners approved will be "shipped out same day". I did order next day air shipping, so that it would arrive by a specific date. In fact, it was estimated to arrive before the date I needed.
My order sat in "printing/production" for 2 days. It's still in "production", right now, with no sign of shipping. Since it's the weekend it will likely stay in production until Monday.
Guess what my estimated delivery says on my profile: "(yesterday's date)". That's when I needed it. I had called customer support yesterday. You can't get into direct contact with a production team -- it sounds like a third party company that may not even be in the US. Obviously a frustrating experience."

Circus, bad customer service
"Ordered a restaurant banner and received a "store going out of business" , they then make you take pictures and jump through hoops to get what you paid for. I'll have to find a new service."

"I wanted a custom banner. My proof was larger than I could upload so I used customer service she did not use the right product but it was my fault because I did not specify every detail even though I had already gone through the process of selecting my product and was at the upload proof screen!"

Incredible quality and customer service
"I can't imagine a better experience. I needed to change my banner design so I made a second file, named it BannerChooseThisOne, and called customer service. Before I finished my sentence the rep said "do you want the one called 'Choose This One'? I just swapped it out." So easy, inexpensive, fast, and we have the nicest banner at the farm market!"
