"Thankfully, I have not had to use it yet. I did change a few phones and was able to get coverage for my new phones. They immediately credited my account for the unused time on my previous policies. Their website is very easy to navigate. I am very happy with their coverage."

Great Value!
"Great Value - I switched my Pixel 2 XL from Verizon to T-Mobile when I loved to Arizona due to cell tower coverages issues and was offered insurance from TM for $15 a month. Too high - went online and found Esurranty for less than $9 a month AND it's better coverage. Winner!"

Worse service Ever. Stay away from them.
"Worse service ever. I did send my laptop for repair or replacement 2 month ago. Since then i can contact them, they did not respond to my massages, email, phone call. I left 20 voicemail's and never herd back from them. I`m going to call american consumer council, police and Better Business Bureau and make a report. Rick Lewis worse manager ever i have to deal with. I would never use them again, and stay away from them. Also i will sue them, i will spend thousand of dollars but eventually i will teach them how to do business and this is very bad idea lie to people.

Rather than paying your cell phone company upwards of $10/month, you can get the same or better coverage with www.eSURRANTY.com for a fraction of the cell phone company cost. And - If your phone is not fixable, lost or stolen, they do not give you a refurbished device like all of the other companies do, they give you a brand new phone. That's my kind of insurance company. Check them out as you won't be disappointed!"

Easy signups
"I've yet to file a claim, and knock on wood I never have to, but if it's as efficient and expedient as their their sign up process, then I'll be properly taken care of. I had originally purchased a policy for my original Pixel XL, but a month later I upgraded my phone to a Pixel 2 XL and they were able to transfer my policy to my new device, making the transition seamless."
