"BEST...COMPANY...EVER!!! I was soooo skeptical of this company's legitimacy. When I decided purchase, they still didn't have any ResellerRatings.com reviews or ratings. I found only one opinions site with ONE review of them. Checked the site's ownership to determine the length of time they were in business (since Feb of 2006). I bit the bullet and went for it...so glad that I did! Ordered the phone on Tuesday, with 2-day shipping, since I was leaving for Hawaii early the following monday and I received shipment confirmation the next day. On Friday, UPS was supposed to deliver (the stupid driver didn't even knock on the door...just left another package for me and a note that he 'tried' to deliver the phone. Luckily, I knew someone who was able to order that driver back to my side of town that evening with my package. Delivery completed: ON TIME! The prices on the PEBL and RAZR v3i undercut the competition by about $50-$60 each. Went for the RAZR, thinking that the online info was wrong and that I'd get the Euro-version of the v3i (No iTUNES). I was delighted to find that my phone was boxed in the beautiful OEM Motorola packaging and contained an American charger and a market-specific phone WITH iTunes (slightly disappointed because the cheaper non-itunes phones from across the pond reportedly handle music better than apple's crippled music player). Anywho, the phone has been working just FINE for about 3 weeks, now. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from this company."

"update!
It looks like it's going well. The customer service is very kind and very, very good. It takes a few days for the order process to go through but they are a reliable site. But it's best if you are patient because it may take up to 1-3 days for the cc to be authorized. My order ships out tomm. and I will update once again to tell you about the quality and the condition of my order.
Edit: Sorry, I must've forgotten about this. The item came in excellent condition. So I highly recommend EC for all cellphone orders. My Nokia 7360 arrived in excellent cond and the box was gorgeous. I got a large white plug charger from UK but it works well with all US plugs of course. The phone works nicely for a few weeks now and I love it so much. I highly recommend them."
