"This company never sent us our order, and trying to get our money back was a nightmare. They're very unprofessional and won't return your calls or emails. Hubby ended up having to go to credit card company to remove the charges. Shop elsewhere!"

"I purchased a number of kitchen items, all Kuhn-Rikon. These folks had everything I needed at a quite-attractive price. After submitting the order, I noticed that somehow the (expensive) gift-wrapping option had been checked, causing the order to be about thirty bucks higher than I expected. I wrote an email asking if this option could be undone, checked by phone the next morning, and everything had been smoothly corrected. The shipment went out that morning and has just arrived, well-packaged, a day later. I'm quite pleased with the service, responsiveness, prices, and order fulfillment of this merchant."
