They can’t even ship the items in an order correctly
"They can’t even ship the number of items in stock correctly. Ordered 5 items, one on back order which I knew when I placed the order. received only 3 of the 4 items in stock which took a week. When contacted, they thought they shipped the 4 items. Won’t be buying from these guys again."

Sells used/open box items as new
"This merchant also sells on Ebay. I ordered a Dewalt DCF 899HB impact wrench listed as new and received not only a late shipment but an item from a 3rd party seller that was opened and apparently returned. Not sure what kind of relationship FAO has with this other company that actually sent my item. The plastic bag it originally came in had been ripped open and the box re-taped shut. Initiated a refund through Ebay.
I would not trust this company again nor recommend this merchant despite their good prices."

2+ month order nightmare.
"Item was good price and exactly what I was looking for (120v large tank compressor) so I bought. Delivery took awhile which may have been because of COVID-19, not really sure.
After arrival, while trying to hook it up, I realized that they had sent the wrong compressor/motor. I specifically needed the 120v model and they sent me a 220v model. I went back and forth with them over email for quite some time (they tried to tell me that I could run a 220v motor on a 120v circuit, it would just run slower) and they finally agreed to exchange the compressor for the proper one.
After 2+ months of dealing with this massive headache I finally received the new compressor and all is good."

"If there was a option of no stars I would give that!!!! I ordered a running machine and got a something worth £10 instead!!!!!!! A cap!!!!!!!! And then they give no option to call them except contact by sending a message on the website. And still haven't got back to me. The company is a complete fraud. In times like this, you do this
