Worst customer service ever!!!!
"I ordered 2 jerseys then when I got the shipping information 2 biz days I realized it was going to take way to long- I live out of the country and kindly explained this in a detailed email and all I got was “ from the website “ you may cancel 2 hours after order- I begged them to cancel they refused- I just got a tracking info now at least 21 days. Customer service was is terrible I have reached out to them about 5 times asking for a refund they refused they are not listing to their clients or compassionate when issues come up- it’s disgusting do not buy a sticker from these scammers"

WRONG JERSEY
"My boyfriend ordered me a Jeff McNeill Mets jersey for 80 bucks and we got a Jrue Holiday jersey in a size medium- I am an XL and the baseball game is in 3 days! It’s from overseas which means it’s definitely a scam."

Their jersey's are undersized
"I ordered a WOMENS TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS TOM BRADY GAME VAPOR JERSEY RED, and I ordered it as an XL, and it came as an XL but it is at least two sizes too small. I cannot fit into it, and I have provided them with pictures of the jersey and how it is undersized. I just wanted future people to be wary before purchasing from this website. Even though the website is cheaper than fanatics and other stores, please think twice before buying from them.
I do not want to say that maybe a medium should not buy an xl because it will fit, and the jersey is real, but you do need to be cautious.
One other positive thing, they do have good customer service and will give you a free jersey if the size is too small, but I told them to give me a 2 xl, and I received an xl, so there was no fluke that their xl's are not true xl's.
Also, I tried to review the product on their own website, and it is not on there. And I review, and they sent me this reply a couple of minutes after I attempted to post a review.
Very disappointed to learn that you provide a one-star review when trying to help you replace your jersey.
Unfortunately, you are not providing us with the information we need to help you, however. How helping warrant what you stated in the incomplete and inaccurate review you provided?
You definitely didn't strike me as that type of person.
PS the shipping is slow, but it is not as slow as others have mentioned, I did receive it in three weeks, while others had issues getting the item a lot later.
I hope this company improves their products but until then I will not be buying anything from them.

SCAM!!!
"This is not a US based company. They have no contact info only by email. When you purchase something on your bank statement is says Beijing China.. I emailed them to cancel my order, they adv they can on refund me $15 out of a $20 order. Please don't trust this site!!!! I had to contact my bank to report them as fraud to get my money back..."

"This company will not just delay your shipment, but will also send you incomplete order trying later on to charge you for the whole order. I would recommend anyone looking to buy spot merchandise to look somewhere else. This is a fraud company that will try to still your money"
